RETURNS

When you make an online purchase, you have a 14-day window from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Every order placed through MarZio is dispatched in its original packaging, and this packaging must remain intact, as we consider the box part of the product. Please keep in mind that when trying on shoes for potential returns, it's essential to do so on a carpeted surface to prevent any wear and tear. It's also crucial that the shoe soles remain undamaged.

Upon receiving your return, we will process it as swiftly as possible, ensuring that it's completed within a maximum of 30 days.

For domestic returns, the return shipping is 85 SEK.

Please keep in mind that all items that you wish to return must be in mint condition, as when you received the goods. If not we do have the right to refuse your return and send the package back to you. 

Returns within Sweden

Return packages must be shipped using Postnord's pre-printed return label, which is included in the original package. If the return label is missing, please get in touch with us before sending your return, and we'll provide you with a new label. Returns not adhering to this procedure may be sent back to the customer.

Alternatively, you have the option to return your item in person at our store located at Nybrogatan 10.

International Returns

Please be aware that we do not provide return labels for all international shipments. If you've ordered from outside Sweden and wish to make a return, you are responsible for the shipping cost. You can choose your preferred shipping company and select a tracking option. Ship your parcel to the following address:
