By accessing as well as ordering from MarZio & Co AB (556375-1188) you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements you reach with MarZio. If you do not agree with them, you may not use and access this website.

General Conditions

MarZio is committed to delivering the ultimate online shoe experience. All deliveries and services will be carried out in accordance with MarZio's terms and conditions. Unless MarZio has explicitly agreed in writing to accept any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from our own, we will not recognise such provisions.

Product Presentation

Please be aware that we have made every effort to portray colors accurately as possible. Nevertheless, due to variations in your computer monitor's display and color capabilities, the color and representation may not precisely match the actual item. We cannot assume responsibility for the color accuracy of your computer monitor. 

We always ship brand new shoes. However, please note that some pairs may have been tried on in-store and may show minor signs of handling. This does not affect the quality or integrity of the product.

Our commitment is to provide you with the most up-to-date and trustworthy information on MarZio.se. However, there may be instances where certain items are displayed as available while they’re sold out in our physical storage. Regrettably, we may have to cancel your order if this situation occurs. If you have any inquires or express interest in a sold out item, do not hesitate to reach out to us at webshop@marzio.se.

Sizes

The products available on MarZio.se adhere to EU sizing standards, while certain items feature UK sizing that has been converted into EU equivalents. We have diligently provided sizing recommendations for each product to the best of our ability. Should you have any inqueries or concerns about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us at MarZio@webshop.se.

Prices

All prices listed on MarZio.se are denominated in SEK or Euro and are inclusive of VAT unless you specify a country during checkout where VAT should not be applicable. Shipping costs are not integrated into the displayed price and will be calculated as an additional fee. Prices are subject to potential changes. It's important to be aware that certain shipments may incur duties and taxes upon entry into your chosen country, and these additional charges are not included in the website's listed price.

Purchases

Purchases made through MarZio are intended for personal or gift use only. Reselling, using for commercial purposes, or deriving any commercial gain is strictly prohibited. MarZio.se retains the right to restrict the shipment of multiple quantities of an item to a single customer or postal address.

The contract between you and MarZio.se commences when you place an order. After placing an order, we will send an acknowledgment to your provided email address. Please ensure you provide a valid email address to receive an electronic order confirmation. By placing an order at MarZio.se, you accept the legal terms and conditions established by our webshop.

In the event that the item you ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality standards, we will inform you via email and refund your payment within 30 days of notifying you that the item is unavailable.

We reserve the right to decline your order if, for instance, we cannot secure payment authorization.

Please note that, as our stock is shared with our physical store, our webshop's size availability may not always be up-to-date. This is particularly common during sale periods when stock turnover is high. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to this reason.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order, whether accepted, in transit, or not accepted, in the event of a pricing error. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, occasional errors can occur. In such instances, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the cancellation and the adjusted price.

Since we share our stock with our physical store, it's possible that products purchased online may have been tried on in-store. During sale periods, some stock may be on display in the store, and shoes may have been tested. It's important to note that you always have a 14-day return period if you're unsatisfied with your purchase.

Payment

At MarZio.se, we offer various payment options, including credit card payments. We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. For our Swedish customers, Klarna Faktura and Klarna Konto are also available as payment methods.

Our prices are displayed in SEK or Euro and already include VAT unless you change the shipping destination during checkout to an area exempt from inclusive VAT. It's important to note that the cost of shipping is not included in the item price shown in the store and will be calculated as an additional charge during the checkout process.

Please be aware that depending on your chosen shipping destination, you may be subject to duties and taxes once your purchased items enter your selected country. These additional costs are not factored into your initial purchase.

Your credit card will be charged at the moment you proceed to check out your selected items, and you will receive an electronic order confirmation. We will begin processing your orders as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by MarZio are versatile forms of payment that can be utilized on MarZio.se It's essential to understand that gift cards purchased online are exclusively for online use, while gift cards obtained in our physical store are designated for in-store transactions.

When you purchase a gift card online, you'll receive an email containing a PDF version of the gift card for your convenience.

The gift card remains valid for one year from the date of activation.

Please be aware that gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or subject to a card refund. In cases where an item originally bought with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a new gift card.

Delivery

We ship within the EU from our boutique at Nybrogatan 10, Stockholm.

We are committed to delivering your items as soon as possible. Please note that during sales periods, our order processing may experience some delays due to the exceptionally high order volume. Nevertheless, all orders are processed immediately upon the completion of your transaction.

Shipping fees

The domestic shipping rate for our services is 85 SEK.

The International shipping rate for our services is 280 SEK.

For uncollected packages, there is an additional handling fee of 200 SEK

We also provide a “Pick up in store” option that is free of charge.

Shipping in Sweden

Postnord operates on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for customers located in Sweden, which means that our order processing occurs exclusively on these days. Your packages can be conveniently picked up from your local post office. Kindly be aware that any packages not retrieved within a 14-day period will be returned to MarZio.

Our deliveries typically take around 1-3 business days to reach you. However, it's important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for any delayed deliveries, as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may impact the delivery timeline.

For uncollected packages, there is an additional handling fee of 200 SEK

Shipping Internationally

The international shipping cost is 280 sek and it can take up to 5-10 working days depending on the country. Your order will be delivered to your nearest post access point.

However, we can not be helt liable for ant delays when we have no control over unexpected events during shipment. Kindly be aware that any packages not retrieved within a 14-day period will be returned to MarZio.

The international shipping rate for our services is 280 SEK.

For uncollected packages, there is an additional handling fee of 200 SEK.

Returns & Exchange

We do not handle exchanges at MarZio.se. If you wish to purchase something else please create a return and place a new order through the website.

When you make an online purchase, you have a 14-day window from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Every order placed through MarZio is dispatched in its original packaging, and this packaging must remain intact, as we consider the box part of the product. Please keep in mind that when trying on shoes for potential returns, it's essential to do so on a carpeted surface to prevent any wear and tear. It's also crucial that the shoe soles remain undamaged.

Upon receiving your return, we will process it as swiftly as possible, ensuring that it's completed within a maximum of 30 days.

For return processing, we charge a fee of 85 SEK.

Please keep in mind that all items that you wish to return must be in mint condition, as when you received the goods. If not we do have the right to refuse your return and send the package back to you. 

Returns within Sweden

Return packages must be shipped using Postnord's pre-printed return label, which is included in the original package. If the return label is missing, please get in touch with us before sending your return, and we'll provide you with a new label. Returns not adhering to this procedure may be sent back to the customer.

Alternatively, you have the option to return your item in person at our store located at Nybrogatan 10.

International Returns

Please be aware that we do not furnish return labels for international shipments. If you've ordered from outside Sweden and wish to make a return, you are responsible for the shipping cost. You can choose your preferred shipping company and select a tracking option. Ship your parcel to the following address:

It's important to note that we do not cover the cost of your return shipment.

 

Complaints

If anything should happen to your shoes or if you're in any way dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us by email webshop@marzio.se with pictures and your order number. Please do not send the shoes back to us before receiving clearance from us. We always strive to resolve everything in the best possible way.

If you have possibility to come by our store with your complaint, please do and our boutique personelle will take care of you.

Printing Errors

While we always aim for the highest level of accuracy in presenting information on our website, occasional misprints and inaccuracies may occur. If such instances arise, impacting your purchase through means like pricing errors, incorrect garment details, or similar issues, we will promptly notify you and make necessary corrections. It's important to understand that we retain the right to cancel any order, whether in transit or otherwise, that has been sold at an incorrect price.

Force Major

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as riots, natural disasters, labor strikes, transportation unavailability, governmental regulations or restrictions, and similar unforeseeable events, if a Force Majeure event occurs, we retain the right to cancel or refrain from fulfilling the contract established between MarZio and the customer.
