Shipping policy
We ship within the EU, to the US, UK and to Australia from our boutique at Nybrogatan 10, Stockholm.
We are committed to delivering your items as soon as possible. Please note that during sales periods, our order processing may experience some delays due to the exceptionally high order volume. Nevertheless, all orders are processed immediately upon the completion of your transaction.
Domestic Shipping
Postnord operates on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for customers located in Sweden, which means that our order processing occurs exclusively on these days. Your packages can be conveniently picked up from your local post office. Kindly be aware that any packages not retrieved within a 14-day period will be returned to MarZio.
Our deliveries typically take around 1-3 business days to reach you. However, it's important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for any delayed deliveries, as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may impact the delivery timeline.
The domestic shipping rate for our services is 85 SEK.
For uncollected packages, there is an additional handling fee of 200 SEK

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and it can take up to 5 working days depending on the country.
All taxes and duties are included in the total price shown at checkout.
However, we can not be held liable for any delays when we have no control over unexpected events during shipment. Kindly be aware that any packages not retrieved within a 14-day period will be returned to MarZio.
US, UK AND AUSTRALIA
Customs charges & import charges (VAT) are covered by MarZio and are included in the price. At checkout you can choose DHL Express or FedEx.
